We just returned from our 1st family vacation! The three of us took a plane from LAX to Maui & met Grammy & Pops in Hawaii. Your dad & I were a little nervous about how you'd do on the 5 hour plane ride, but for a 7 month old, I'd say that you did great!
Grammy & Pops met us at the airport & gave us a surprise lei greeting. We got traditional flower leis & you had a smaller one made of shells.
Most of the vacation was spent at the beach-side pool. Here you are getting ready to go down to the pool.
After a little swimming, you took time out to snack on a teething biscuit.
Then it was time to jump back in the pool with Grammy & Pops.
We also got to see a lot of amazing sunsets. Too bad this picture doesn't do it justice!
One of the days, we took a walk around Lahina. You were absolutely mesmerized by this street musician. 
You & Dad shared you favorite meals. Dad got Panda Express & you had carrots! Dad can't wait until you're big enough to eat Panda Express with him!
In the mornings, you would check email with Grammy out on the balcony.
