Upon further inspection, you actually have 6 teeth coming in!! The top canines (or the fangs as I like to call them), the bottom canines & the bottom middle teeth. Holy smokes! I hope this passes soon because it seems like you are in an awful lot of pain. Don't worry, I have plenty of Tylenol & Orajel on hand.
